    Assistant Professor

            Dr. Wang Chengzhi currently serves as assistant professor at Institute of International Relations, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences (SASS). He received a Ph.D in History from East China Normal University in 2007. His research fieldscover the history of Sino-US relations, Australian studies, and think tank studies. He was a Visiting Scholar at the Asian Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS)in Hawaii in 2010.He authors a history book titled Shaking Hands Across the Turbulent Pacific: A study of the process toward the Sino-American rapprochement, 1969-1972 (Shanghai: Sanlian Shudian 2010).He also published English-Chinese translation of Rossabeth M. Kanters work titled World Class (2003) and Donald B. Freemans The Pacific (2010).
